Why I started an insulation company in Castle Rock
I learned this trade on big commercial jobs, spraying foam and insulating warehouses, offices and metal buildings for a large company. That work ran on doing things in the right order, and in 2017 I started Reliable Castle Rock Insulation Services here in Castle Rock to bring the same discipline to homes.

Castle Rock's contractor registration
The Town of Castle Rock requires every business working in Castle Rock to hold a business license, and contractor work on a building there isn't legal until the contractor registers with the Town. Before a contractor can apply for a building permit, the Town also wants a valid license that required passing a building-code exam, proof of liability insurance and workers' comp where it applies.

Some addresses around here fall under a city and some under the county, so we check which office covers yours before anything else. When a permit is needed we apply for it and set up the inspections, since in Castle Rock a permit has to be approved before work begins.
